RESERVATIONS:
For each booking, a deposit of €250 per week per studio or €600 per week per villa is required within 10 days of the reservation being made. By paying the deposit, you agree to the terms and conditions. The remaining balance must be paid 8 weeks before the start of your stay. If the booking is made 8 weeks or less before your stay, the full amount is due immediately.

‍STAY:
Check-in: The studio or villa is available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival.
‍Check-out: Check-out must be completed before 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

SAFETY AND PEACE:
The location and design of De 5 Seizoenen ensure peace and privacy. Please respect this.
Always be mindful of the safety of yourself and other guests.
We ask that you do not use the barbecue during strong winds, and always keep an eye on it while in use.
The pool is unsupervised and its use is at your own responsibility.

DAMAGE: 
No security deposit is required. Accidental damage can happen even with the best precautions.
If damage occurs, please inform us immediately. We will work together to find a fair financial solution.

CANCELLATION: 
Unless in the case of force majeure, where open and communicative discussions are possible, the following cancellation policy applies:
6 months before your stay: Full refund of the deposit.
Between 6 and 3 months before your stay: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
Between 3 and 2 months before your stay: The full deposit remains due.
Less than 2 months before your stay: The full amount remains due.
A shortened or interrupted stay for any reason does not entitle you to any refund.
"De 5 Seizoenen" does not offer cancellation insurance.
